<DescriptionText><text>
Runs the carrier verification routine which consists of a drum vacuum level
check and a punch hole position check. Optional ways of entering this command
are:
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
proof c_verify <pos> - Runs the carrier verification routine with hole a
position specified at <pos> (mm) from the center of the carrier plate. The
drum vacuum level check uses the proof_type infomation stored in
"state plate_loc proof" to fetch the vacuum-threshold parameters for the check.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
proof c_verify mode - Runs the carrier verification routine. The drum vacuum
level check uses the proof_type infomation stored in "state plate_loc proof"
to fetch the vacuum-threshold parameters for the check. The punch hole position
check also uses the proof_type infomation stored in "state plate_loc proof"
to fetch the hole-position parameter.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
proof c_verify mode <m> - For advanced users only. Runs the carrier verification
routine. The drum vacuum level check uses the proof_type infomation stored in
"state plate_loc proof" to fetch the vacuum-threshold parameters for the check.
The punch hole position check uses <m> (any number from 1 to 8) to fetch the
hole-position parameter. Since there will potentially be a difference between
<m> and "state plate_loc proof", caution is advised.

<Notes>
<DescriptionText><text>
When using "proof c_verify mode <m>", there is a potential for the drum
vacuum check to verify one size of carrier while the hole position check
the other size. There are two ways to get arround this:
1) use "proof mode c <m>" to set the desired size of carrier <m>, then
use "proof c_verify mode" to verify the carrier. Both the vacuum and hole
position check will use <m> as the size of the proofing carrier.
2) by-pass the vacuum check.
To by-pass the vacuum check, set the vacuum sensor installed to "false" by
"set alproof vsi 0" A warning message will be displayed when performing the
carrier verification. Please remember to reset the vacuum sensor installed
parameter by "set alproof vsi 1"
To by-pass the punch hole check, set the head installed to "false" by
"set sys hi 0" A warning message will be displayed when performing the carrier
verification. Please remember to reset the head installed parameter by
"set sys hi 1"
